Visa Support Letter for EWSN 2025 Participants

International participants are strongly advised to check visa requirements and regulations for entering Belgium well in advance. We recommend consulting the Belgian Embassy or Consulate in your country for the most up-to-date and accurate information before making any travel arrangements.

If you require a Visa Support Letter from the EWSN 2025 Organizing Committee, please send an email with the subject line "Invitation Letter Request for EWSN 2025" to qing.wang@tudelft.nl and include the following information in your message:

• Authors: Please include the title and paper number of your accepted submission. Please also indicate whether it has been accepted for the main conference, a workshop, demo/poster, etc. 

• Non-authors (attendees): You must complete your registration for EWSN 2025 and provide proof of payment before we can issue a visa support letter.

Please note that the Visa Support Letter is intended solely to assist participants in obtaining a visa or securing travel funding. It does not imply any financial support or insurance obligations on the part of the EWSN 2025 Organizers.
