EWSN 2025 and its workshops will be held at a set of closely situated venues in Leuven, Belgium.- September 22, Monday (Workshops & Tutorials): imec & KU Leuven’s Computer Science department (very close to each other).
- September 23, Tuesday (1st day of the Main Conference): The Faculty Club.
- September 24, Wednesday (2nd day of the Main Conference): imec.
- Reception drinks on September 22, Monday: Leuven's Botanical Garden.
- Gala dinner on September 23, Tuesday: The Faculty Club.

🏫 The Faculty Club: it hosts the first day of the main conference (September 23, Tuesday) and the Gala Dinner on the same day.- The Faculty Club is located in the heart of the historic Grand Beguinage, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Once a residence for beguines (lay religious women) dating back to the 13th century, the beautifully restored complex now serves as a premier meeting and conference center affiliated with KU Leuven. The Faculty Club combines historical charm with state-of-the-art amenities. Participants will enjoy access to idyllic and tranquil courtyards, surrounded by cobblestone paths and ancient architecture that reflect Leuven’s long-standing academic heritage.
🏫 imec & KU Leuven’s Computer Science department: the two venues are very close to each other; they will jointly host the events on September 22 (Monday); the imec will also host the main conference on September 24 (Wednesday)

Welcome Reception (September 22, after 6 pm)
🏫 Thanks to the support of the City Leuven, EWSN 2025 will feature a welcome reception in Leuven's Botanical Garden on the first day of the conference. This is oldest botanical garden in Belgium and was created by the university for its medicine student in 1738. Today, enthusiasts can discover a wide variety of medicinal, aquatic, and (sub-)tropical plant species across the garden and its 450 m² greenhouse.🚏 Address: Kapucijnenvoer 30, 3001 Leuven
