All EWSN'25 contributions published in the proceedings should use the following ACM template.
All EWSN'25 camera-ready papers are allowed to use a 9pt font, which will create more space to accommodate revisions/additions to the submitted version. Authors may also use a 10pt font if they wish, provided that they stick to a maximum text block of 7″ wide x 9″ deep with an inter-column spacing of .25. Pages must use 8.5″ x 11″ (letter) two-column format.
Additional requirements for all EWSN'25 camera-ready papers:
CCS Concepts and Keywords: these sections are mandatory and must be included in your paper. Ensure that you have accurately selected and listed the appropriate CCS Concepts and Keywords that best describe your work.
ACM Reference Format and Copyright block: these sections are not required and must be omitted.
For consistency, authors shall use the following LaTeX commands:
\documentclass[sigconf, 9pt, nonacm]{acmart}
\settopmatter{printacmref=false}
Conference papers
Page limits: max 12 pages for full papers, max 6 pages for short papers. These limits include references, tables, and any appendix.
Short papers should be prepended with "Vision paper: " / "Position paper: " / "WiP paper: " for the camera-ready.
The final camera-ready PDF should be submitted via HotCRP.
The deadline for submitting the camera-ready is March 6.
